As part of the new series by iArticulate Mentors, our founder Madelaine Jones was featured on the ‘8 Minute Window’.

Interviewed by educator and Director Of Learning John Bray, Madelaine discussed her opinions on leadership, her experiences of running DEI training, the impact of community on Jackafal, and gave a piece of advice to listeners about how to take a critical eye to your own work.

On the idea of leadership, Maddie said “As the founder of a small company, leadership has a bit of a strange meaning to me… this idea of leading even when nobody is looking at you, and there’s nobody there to follow. It’s about setting intentions, and that you have an idea of where you’re going, and that you’re holding yourself accountable to those values.”
