This course is the first in a series focusing on DEI in specific professions, to really dig into the details of how to work inclusively in your field. DEI At Work: Performing Arts looks at inclusion through the casting, programming, rehearsal and delivery stages of performance, considering the end-to-end process for people organising or getting involved with performing arts of any discipline.

As ever with our courses, the focus is on practical changes you can implement to make a tangible difference.
